The Trump Organization has partnered with Saudi luxury real estate developer Dar Global to build a Trump-branded tower in Dubai, the companies announced Thursday. This collaboration marks a significant expansion of the Trump brand in the region, following their 2022 deal for a $4 billion project in Oman, which includes a golf course, hotel, and villas.
Dar Global is the international division of Saudi Arabia’s Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company, which has a history of high-profile projects. The new Trump Tower in Dubai will be the second of its kind in the UAE, reflecting the country’s close ties with the United States and its growing status as a global business hub.
Dubai’s rapid post-pandemic recovery, bolstered by significant infrastructure investments, favorable tax policies, and relaxed visa regulations, has fueled a surge in foreign investment, particularly from Russians. This climate has helped drive Dubai’s booming property market, attracting developers like Trump and Dar Global.
Set to launch next year, the Dubai Trump Tower will feature luxury residential units and a Trump Hotel. While the Trump Organization will not own or sell the units, the brand will be used under license for the development. This marks another significant addition to Dubai’s skyline, joining other high-profile projects like the $1 billion Mercedes Benz tower by Binghatti, set for completion in 2026.
In addition to the Dubai project, Dar Global is also working with the Trump Organization to develop a Trump Tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, continuing the growing influence of the Trump brand across the Gulf region.
